ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

This is our policy for orders placed on our website for giclées and other products. We at Kristianne Art, LLC encourage you to read the policy carefully and to contact us if you have any questions.

Order Fulfillment
We keep only a limited number of giclées in inventory and in most cases produce the giclée after the order is received. We will not begin production of the giclée until payment for an order is received in full. We do not guarantee that a giclée will be produced and delivered to you within any specific period of time.

We ship giclées via Federal Express, UPS or USPS (at our option) to the address you provide to us when placing your order. There is no charge for shipping to locations in the United States or Canada. We add a charge for shipping to other countries. We will provide an estimate of the shipping charges for outside of the United States and Canada promptly after receiving your order.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the recipient name, address, special delivery information (such as requiring a signature for delivery or leaving a delivery with an attendant in a secured location) and payment information that you provide to us when placing an order. We will not be liable for any failure to fulfill an order that results from this information being inaccurate or incomplete.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time within 48 hours of placing that order by contacting us on our website or by e-mail. We will refund you the payment you made for orders cancelled within that 48-hour period. Orders may not be cancelled more than 48 hours after they are placed and no refunds for any such orders will be granted without our consent to that cancellation and refund.


Product Returns – 30-Day Guaranty
  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase of our artwork. However, if you are dissatisfied with a giclée or other product you buy from us on this website for any reason, you may return that product to us for an exchange or refund as provided below.

Returning a Product. To return a product, you must: (1) notify us by e-mail to info@kristianneart.com that you are returning your product no later than 30 days after our shipper initially delivered the product to the address you provided to us; and (2) ship the product to us no later than 15 days after you provide notice that you are returning the product.

Unless the product you purchased arrived damaged or was not the product you ordered, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping the returned product back to us. You will be responsible for arranging for the shipping of the returned product to us. We are not responsible for any damage to the product that was not the result of any action by us or our shipper. You bear the risk of loss of any product you return to us until it arrives to us at our location. We recommend you insure the product you are returning against damage or loss in shipment.

If you do not notify us that you are returning the product to us by the end of the 30-day return notice period or you do not ship that product to us by the end of the 15-day shipping period described above, you will forfeit your right to exchange your product or receive a refund of your purchase price.

Exchanges and Refunds.

Upon our receipt of the returned product, you may choose one of the following three options:

Option 1. You may exchange that product for another of that same product. This option may not be available for the purchase of limited edition giclées.

Option 2. You may exchange the product you purchase for a different product from our website. If you elect this option and the purchase price of the product your purchased is different from that of your initial purchase, you will receive a credit (in case the product you are purchasing has a lower price) or will pay an additional amount (in case the product you are purchasing has a higher purchase price) equal to the difference in the purchase prices.

Option 3. You may receive a refund of your purchase price from us.

If you paid for the product you are returning with a credit card, PayPal or ApplePay, we will refund your purchase price (or credit you for the difference in the purchase price where you purchase another product as the case may be) to the same account you used to make your payment. If you paid for the product by another method, we may refund or pay that amount either by using the same method or by making a payment to you by check.


If you do not notify us that you are returning the product to us by the end of the 30-day return notice period or you do not ship that product to us by the end of the 15-day shipping period described above, you will forfeit your right to exchange your product or receive a refund of your purchase price. Our obligation to exchange your product or provide you with a refund will not begin until we receive the product you are returning.
